聽力水平無疑是新托福成功與否的關(guān)鍵，“得托福聽力者得天下”這句話用在新托福中恰到好處，因為在新托?？荚囍谐喿x外，無論哪一部分都離不開“聽”。新托福聽力比舊托福篇幅更長難度更大，有的內(nèi)容偏向于學術(shù)和專業(yè)性，而大量的聽力和聽力部分難度的增加大概就是為什么新托福允許記筆記很重要的一個原因。因此筆記在整個新托?？荚囍袑忸}都將起到很大的作用。

二.提升托福聽力筆記能力需要加強練習

要達到筆記的純熟，必須通過大量的托福聽力練習，否則你不知道哪些該記哪些不該記，要將記筆記融入到聽力的各個環(huán)節(jié)。多聽可以讓我們的聽覺器官習慣英語發(fā)音，促進英語思維的形成。同時大量的聽力練習能訓練我們的聽力答題習慣，這也是培養(yǎng)我們解答各種題型思路的必經(jīng)之路，而筆記則會讓你在新托福考試中“如虎添翼”。新托福的題型主要集中在：修辭題、推斷題、暗示題、細節(jié)題、主旨題、歸納題、習語題等7類，而考察形式上又新出現(xiàn)了多選題、圖表題、是非題等。練習多了我們自然而然就可以知道各種類型的題考察的重點，我們通過對題目的閱讀就可以很容易讓自己在聽力時把握那些重點細節(jié)，把握那些重要的信息點，如觀點的轉(zhuǎn)折、主旨的提出等，然后在聽的過程中將關(guān)鍵點記錄下來，做到“有的放矢”大大提高答題效率。

新托福在口語部分和寫作部分有很多聽力內(nèi)容，對于大部分同學，這部分都只能聽出個大意，而這個大意基本上已經(jīng)可以幫助我們理解題目了，然而整個考試在緊張中進行著，因此要想快速把握重點迅速形成解題的思路，就必須結(jié)合筆記，在練習聽力時有意識的將聽到的要點記下來，尤其是一些表示觀點傾向的詞，還有聽力材料中的行文結(jié)構(gòu)和層次，這些都非常有利于引導自己的思維，幫助自己快速成文，同時在口語和寫作表達的時候有些我們記錄到的好的句子結(jié)構(gòu)和表示觀點的詞也可以運用到答題中來，而恰恰這些字眼能在一瞬間就吸引住考官的眼球，贏得加分點。

Today we're going to talk about shyness and discuss recent research on ways to help children learn to interact socially.

Many people consider themselves shy.

Another way to help shy children is to train them in social skills.
