很多考生自己的托福聽力成績提不上來，在網上也看了很多的聽力高分經驗。經驗里說托福聽力水平提高有三大法寶：背單詞、精讀聽力文章以及跟讀復述，其實這些都是對于你的英語基礎的一種鞏固過程。

這個是在你接觸一門新的語言的時候都必須要掌握的。

如果你是小齡托?？忌蛟S本身詞匯量還不夠，直接來上手托福詞匯可能有些困難，那么你可以先把目前你所能掌握的詞匯進行掌握，再來過渡到托福詞匯當中，這樣效果會好一些。

如果你初高中的基礎詞匯都掌握了不少，也都熟悉，那么你就可以直接來背托福詞匯。

托福聽力打基礎：做精讀

考生如何打基礎，不妨可以進行聽力原文來進行精讀，這們做的好處有讓你聽到的句子和你看到的句子理解意思是一樣的，對單詞、詞組、語句都能得到理解。如果你這些都不能達到的話，那么你就要一遍遍的重復聽音頻是很低效的。

當然，也不是說一篇文章沒聽過，就直接精讀，那樣也是不可取的。可以先聽3遍左右(根據(jù)個人實力，因人而異)，而且可以采用分段聽力的方式，去找段落中心思想，這樣不僅能鍛煉聽力能力，也能避免聽整篇文章產生的壓力。

托福聽力打基礎：練跟讀

跟讀的時候采用分句模式，一句話一句話的跟讀。而且，跟讀的時候盡量不要看文本哦，要充分調動大腦、嘴巴各個感官。因此，練習聽力的時候，口語也能順帶提高。

如果遇到特別長的句子，沒辦法記住，那么可以分割語句，一個語句一個語句的復述出來即可。實在不行，也可以只復述出核心語句。

通過跟讀，能夠將不熟悉發(fā)音的單詞弄熟悉，提高快速反應長句子的能力，瞬時記憶力也會提高，這些能力對于聽力和口語來說是非常必要的。

When most of you imagine an astronaut, that's probably the first thing that comes to mind, right?

Well, without space suits, it would not be possible for us to survive in space.

For example, outer space is a vacuum—there's no gravity or air pressure; without protection, a body would explode.

The space suit that NASA has developed is truly a marvel.
