進(jìn)入3月黃金備考期，很多同學(xué)都開始了“地毯式”的找搭檔行動，但其實(shí)想要找到一個情投意合，還“門當(dāng)戶對”的完美搭檔，有時候還真是可遇不可求。

沒有搭檔口語考試就會很糟糕，很難過嗎?

其實(shí)也不盡然，只要你好好做準(zhǔn)備摸清了口語考試的答題套路，即使前期一直沒有搭檔練習(xí)，真正上考場的時候，也可以高分拿下。

那么到底一個人要怎么準(zhǔn)備BEC口語呢?

要充分了解口語考試題型。BEC口語考試分為3個part.

一、訪談(Interview)

第一部分(Interview)采取問答的形式，即考官問，考生答。這一部分又分為兩個階段：第一階段 (Phase 1)是問候和介紹;第二階段(Phase 2)涉及與商務(wù)相關(guān)的不同話題，如職業(yè)選擇、產(chǎn)品銷售等。

準(zhǔn)備技巧

這部分的問答很簡單，大家只需要準(zhǔn)備好一些常見的自我介紹，比如名字，來自哪里，學(xué)習(xí)or工作情況等就好。至于商務(wù)話題，如職業(yè)規(guī)劃，會議等，是在你準(zhǔn)備第二、三部分口語都可能用到的，直接借鑒過來用就可以。

二、簡短陳述(Mini-Presentation)

第二部分是一個小型演講或者說是一個簡短的口頭陳述(Mini-Presentation)。整個第二部分的考試時間約為6分鐘。在這一部分，每位考生將被要求就某一主題發(fā)表1分鐘左右的演講。

在第二部分一開始，主考官會遞給每位考生一張信息卡(注意：是不同的信息卡);每張信息卡上有A、B、C三個問題。每個問題后，有兩個或三個提示?？忌x擇一個話題后，可根據(jù)提示組織自己的演講。

1分鐘的時間同時進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備。在準(zhǔn)備過程中，主考官會提供空白紙張和鉛筆，也就是說，考生可以在準(zhǔn)備的過程中做筆記。準(zhǔn)備時間結(jié)束，第一位考生發(fā)表演講，結(jié)束后，考生A要就考生B演講的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提問，考生B回答。然后兩人交換，考生A陳述，考生B提問，考生A回答。

三、合作與討論(Collaborative Task and Discussion)

BEC口語考試的第三部分是兩個考生之間進(jìn)行的雙向交流討論，有時也會在三個考生間進(jìn)行。它是一個合作項目，需要考生互相配合來完成任務(wù)。

考官說明任務(wù)要求后會將兩個考生共用的材料發(fā)給考生，要求考生交談。然后，考生將圍繞試題卡上的問題逬行幾分鐘的對話。在考生交談完后，考官會進(jìn)一步問考生一些與主題相關(guān)的問題。這一部分涉及公司活動和公司決策的方方面面，主要是考查考生用適當(dāng)?shù)墓δ苷Z言和策略進(jìn)行互動交流的能力。

準(zhǔn)備技巧

如果買了陳小慰口語書的同學(xué)，這本書的價值還是很高的，它幾乎涵蓋了所有BEC涉及到的商務(wù)話題，但是幾乎很少有人把它看完，并且這本書真的是太厚太雜了，因此能啃完的不是時間充足，還是時間充足。

因此，建議大家對這本書的使用是，不要拿來就開始背內(nèi)容而是先整理。

1)先整理出大體的方向，比如是市場營銷方面的，職業(yè)晉升培訓(xùn)方面等等。找到大的模塊。

2)大塊找好之后，看每個話題下面給出的論點(diǎn)，看的多了你會發(fā)現(xiàn)很多題目雖然細(xì)節(jié)有不同，但是答題思路都是差不多的。這樣你就可以針對這一類的題目，總結(jié)出一個通用模板。

比如 product quality(產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量)這一個論點(diǎn)可以適用于如何提高competition(競爭力)、customer loyalty(客戶忠誠度)、promotion(宣傳)、 brand image(品牌形象)等很多問題。

你要花時間去整理出這一份，屬于你自己的【精華論點(diǎn)+相應(yīng)論述】的手冊，當(dāng)你整理完之后，你不僅會對口語考試的考察范疇、內(nèi)容有個大概的認(rèn)識，同時能找到那些使用頻率高，俗稱“百搭又好用”的論點(diǎn)。

靈活套用和組合，可以適用90%到95%的題目。

這樣，在不斷積累之后，你的話題庫豐富了，你的答題思路明晰了，即使你后來遇到一個不怎么熟悉的話題，但是是屬于之前整理的某一個課題之下的，你也完全不會慌，根據(jù)題目套用精華論點(diǎn)即可。

當(dāng)然，如果你沒有《口語書》也完全不需要慌張，《真題集》就是你最好的工具，不僅要看口語部分的考題，閱讀，聽力文章都是最有用的素材。

在整理好這份手冊之后，接下來就需要你背模板了，在熟背的期間，你可以通過，找一些話題來套用模板，并根據(jù)題目內(nèi)容來適當(dāng)擴(kuò)充，進(jìn)而養(yǎng)成自己口語隨機(jī)應(yīng)變的能力。

與此同時，你還可以加上語速，語調(diào)，重音等的訓(xùn)練，堅持練下來，口語基本上是沒什么問題的。

這種學(xué)習(xí)方法，不僅能節(jié)省時間，同時，無論是應(yīng)對part2還是part3都是非常好用的，因為就那些東西，就那些論點(diǎn)，框架都是差不多的。

自己練習(xí)part3部分的時候，可能相比兩個人思維要受局限，但是因為你已經(jīng)積累了大量的話題和精華論點(diǎn)，即使考試當(dāng)時對方說的再奇怪，你也可以用一些，比如“我覺得你說的很有道理，但是。。。。”等過渡句引到自己的論點(diǎn)上。

其實(shí)這種方法，即使是搭檔練習(xí)也是非常合適的。所以還沒有找到搭檔的小同學(xué)，不要慌，先做好自己的準(zhǔn)備，找到了更好，找不到，你一個人也可以很強(qiáng)。
