進(jìn)行重復(fù)記憶的方法

小編在此建議各位考生每天分4個時段背單詞，每次背單詞的時間不超過1個小時，具體的操作方法以每天背2個list紅寶書單詞為例。

第1個時段可以選取在早上8點到9點之間。大家可以在早上8點到9點的時候先刷一遍單詞，這樣做的目的在于區(qū)分認(rèn)識和不認(rèn)識的單詞，并且把不認(rèn)識的單詞進(jìn)行第一次概念性的記憶。

第2個時段可以選取在下午1點到2點之間。在第2次背單詞的過程中，重點針對的是第一遍篩選出來的不認(rèn)識的單詞，對這些單詞進(jìn)行深度記憶。
