1、Neither的用法

2、Either的用法

3、Both的用法

2)形容詞。修飾名詞時,名次使用單數(shù)。

neither、either、both的區(qū)別有以下幾種情況:

1、 both (兩者都),either(兩者中任何一個), neither (兩者都不)。以上詞使用范圍為兩個人或物。

2、both,either

both與復(fù)數(shù)連用,either與單數(shù)連用。

Both the boys are clever. 兩個男孩都很聰明。

Either of the two boys is clever. 兩個男孩都很聰明。

There are flowers on both sides of the street.(兩岸)

There are flowers on either side of the street.(岸的兩邊)

5、either表示也不,用于否定句。(too表示“也”,用于肯定句。)

6、neither可以引導(dǎo)倒裝句,表示和前面的情況一致,而且前面為否定句。
