T: Yes , butterflies are one of the most beautiful insect in the world. I have some pictures about butterflies . Do you want to have a look ?

學(xué)情分析：
五年級1班，全班46人。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣一般，對語言的感知和接受能力比一般，能夠進行自主學(xué)習(xí)和合作解決問題。
結(jié)合本單元主題wild animals我確定了本節(jié)課的具體內(nèi)容，從詞匯和課文內(nèi)容入手，進行引伸和拓展，使學(xué)生通過本單元的學(xué)習(xí)能介紹wild animal，用較通順、較連貫一段話介紹某種野生動物。從而達到拓展學(xué)生的課外知識和綜合運用能力的目的。
目標(biāo)陳述：
通過學(xué)習(xí)jungle，zoo-keeper,peel等新詞，以及what do they like? Where does i live? 等句型，理解關(guān)于動物的短文，并根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)情況來描述一個動物。同時滲透愛護自然，保護動物的德育思想。

1、 I need five workers!
開始上課時，我穿上工作服將自己裝扮成超市老板。對學(xué)生說I am the boss of this supermarket! I need five workers! One day work, one day rest. And each day I pay you $100.并展示了一張手繪的鈔票。在一個和平時教學(xué)環(huán)境完全不一樣的教室里學(xué)生很容易就興奮了起來，紛紛舉手要求應(yīng)聘。
我選了十個候選人，要求他們在最快的時間內(nèi)將貨物放到相應(yīng)的買場。并請其他學(xué)生幫我想問題怎么來面試。學(xué)生問了一些很有趣的問題，如
If your boss asks you to work from 8 am to 9 pm, what will you do?
If you meet a trouble woman, what will you do?
If you don’t agree with your boss , what will you do?
Are you good at math? If so, can you count numbers from 1 to 10000 in a few minutes?
2、 Do you want to have a VIP card?
經(jīng)過挑選完員工后，開始學(xué)習(xí)新單詞。我準(zhǔn)備了實物，以提高他們的興趣。并請員工將其放入正確的買場中。在整個過程中顧客并未看全所有的貨物。在此我準(zhǔn)備了個小游戲，借此復(fù)習(xí)7年級學(xué)過的There be 句型和所有學(xué)過的單詞，給猜對的同學(xué)發(fā)VIP card能有20%折扣。在此過程中學(xué)生不僅用到了很多學(xué)過的單詞，更用到了自己在超市里看到的、自己又不會說的，如在復(fù)習(xí)詢問價格的過程中，我們采取了估賣的形式。如watermelon首先要員工估計重量和價格，顧客根據(jù)自己去市場的經(jīng)驗給個大概的價格和重量，和員工答案最接近者得。
3、 Open!
在學(xué)生最興奮的時候，打開課件!在音樂的伴隨下，超市的圖片展現(xiàn)在顧客面前!我則和一個學(xué)生開始討論即將到來的春游，為本次春游購買所需物品。邊走邊討論，在每個買場前都與員工交談!并討論食物的健康與否!付款時還出示了自己的VIP card!整個過程輕松!給下面的學(xué)生小組活動做了個示范。

4、Work in groups!
情景給出后，學(xué)生們都很興奮，沒有了枯燥的機械訓(xùn)練，取而代之的是學(xué)生熱烈的討論和自由的想象。每個同學(xué)都在如同身臨其境，能夠熟練地運用所學(xué)句型互相詢問，相互討論、交談并加上已學(xué)過的一些寒暄、問候的話語，自主地完成了比較精彩的小對話。
四、評析
本堂課師生之所以能夠獲得良好的感受，我個人認(rèn)為主要由于以下原因：
1、 教學(xué)中運用新課標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理念。教育的本質(zhì)是引導(dǎo)，而不是講和練，教育要求關(guān)注每一個學(xué)生的發(fā)展。教育目標(biāo)由原來注重知識的傳授而強調(diào)讓學(xué)生形成積極主動的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，使其獲得基礎(chǔ)知識與基本技能的過程同時成為他們學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)和形成正確價值觀的過程。
2、 教學(xué)中恰到好處的運用了情景教學(xué)的原則。情景教學(xué)法要求教學(xué)要以情景為基本原則，重點放在學(xué)習(xí)活動的成功開展上。讓學(xué)生在恰當(dāng)?shù)那榫持袑W(xué)會用英語交流，從而獲得學(xué)習(xí)的成就感。
3、從學(xué)生熟悉、感興趣的話題入手。不論是為春游做準(zhǔn)備還是當(dāng)上了營業(yè)員，對學(xué)生來說都是很有趣且很新奇的。當(dāng)學(xué)生們用英語將自己的真實想法表達出來時，心中又會有怎樣的喜悅呢?
4、恰當(dāng)?shù)那榫盀閷W(xué)生拓展了充分的想象和創(chuàng)造性思維的空間，教師在其中只起了引導(dǎo)作用，體現(xiàn)了了新課標(biāo)下課堂教學(xué)中"以學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)原則"。
5、教師教學(xué)以人為本，呼喚人的主體精神，教學(xué)的重點要由重傳授向重發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變;為每一個學(xué)生的發(fā)展需要我們研究學(xué)生的差異，以便找到因材施教的科學(xué)依據(jù);由重教師“教”向重學(xué)生“學(xué)”轉(zhuǎn)變;教師在教學(xué)中把教學(xué)的重點放在過程中，放在揭示知識如何形成的規(guī)律上，從而使學(xué)生在教學(xué)進程中思維得到訓(xùn)練，既長了知識，又增了才干。教師在課堂教學(xué)中采用以探究、研討為主的綜合交流方式，師生共同討論、研究，建立平等和諧的師生關(guān)系;突破傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式，勇于創(chuàng)新，形成教學(xué)特色。
