It is very important for everyone in their whole life. People with high EQ are always good at communicating. When other people need help, they always can give their advice because they can think in their own way. So people around them like to communicate with them. Besides, those people with high EQ are not easy to have conflict with others. They won’t speak words in a direct way, instead of a soft way that people are easily to accept. They can sensitive know what to say and what to do. Thus, they have less conflicts as others. This high EQ helps them live better in this society.

Every person needs sleep everyday. But with the high development of society, most people have more and more things to do and have less time to sleep. As a result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may not realize the bad side of it, but it will bring something bad for them after a long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual outlook. A person who lacking of sleep always looks tired and has no power to do things. Last, not enough sleep for a long time will have bad influence of thought. They always can’t be active in mind.

People always say to students that their main duty is to study and they should not spend time on other things except for study. However, most boys are born to love exercise, especially ball exercises. Thus, they are always blamed to spend time on playing balls, instead of spending all time on study. In my opinion, the idea is wrong. Proper exercise is good for study. Exercise can help students relax their mind and body. After a long time study, they need it very much. After relaxing, they can have a good state to study, which will improve their study efficiency. Besides, students always can sleep better after exercise. If they sleep well, they can have more energy on study. It promotes study. But spending too much time on exercise may have bad influence on study.

After all, knowledge is no boundary and the more they learn the better they will be. But the students who are not having those conditions, I don’t think they should go abroad, because the stress for them is too large. No matter domain education or abroad education can educate them well. Besides, maybe they still need to consider their own character situation. In a word, whether a person should go abroad or not depends on their own situation.
高考后或者大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，有一部分學(xué)生會(huì)選擇去留學(xué)。對于這一行為，有些人持肯定態(tài)度，有些則持否定態(tài)度。實(shí)際上，出國留學(xué)不僅僅需要大量的金錢，還需要學(xué)生具有良好的英語基礎(chǔ)。如果學(xué)生符合這些條件，我建議他們出國留學(xué)。畢竟，知識(shí)是無國界的，而且學(xué)到的越多越好。但是，如果不符合這些條件的學(xué)生，我則不建議出國留學(xué)，因?yàn)檫@對他們來說壓力太大了。不管是國內(nèi)還是國外的教育都可以把他們教得很好，此外，他們也許還要考慮到自身性格這一點(diǎn)?？傊?，出不出國留學(xué)應(yīng)該根據(jù)每個(gè)人自己的情況而定。
