口語是雅思四門考試當中中國考生較為頭疼的一門，許多考生沒有拿到理想中的分數(shù)，往往是載在口語上面。這既由口試本身的難度所決定，也是考生的備考不得力所造成。在教學當中(無論是基礎班，還是強化班)，經(jīng)常有同學問：雅思口試到底該怎么準備?參加完培訓之后，我該做哪些事情?
雅思口語中期備考策略(考前3個月)
這是打基礎的階段?？忌谶@個階段里，需要對雅思口試的形式、背景信息和知識等有一個基本的了解，比如口試常見的話題都有哪些?每一個話題之下，它都有哪些關鍵、必備的詞匯和句式?除此之外，我們還應逐漸進入一種“講英語”的狀態(tài)，也就是讓自己適應于講英語的感覺，為后面的強化階段做好準備。
雅思口語中期備考策略一：常見話題詞匯的準備
口試對詞匯的要求不是很高，基本上4千左右就可以了。但是，原來有4千詞匯的人，碰到口試，未必能夠準確、清晰地表達出自己的觀點來。其中一個原因是，雅思口試某些話題的詞匯可能是我們以前所不具備的。
比如Food這個話題，需要掌握的詞匯就包括：某一菜名、常見烹飪方法(steam/ fry/ bake/ stew等)、ingredient(原料)、sanitary(衛(wèi)生的)等。如果這些核心詞匯不具備的話，碰到Food這個話題，恐怕會出現(xiàn)無話可說，或者想說說不出來的情況。因此考生有必要在考前3個月里，了解和掌握這些常見話題的核心詞匯。雅思口試相關話題詞匯在基礎班里，老師都會進行梳理;此外，網(wǎng)絡也是一個非常好的資源。
除了準備常見話題詞匯外，我們還可以搜集一些基本的口語詞匯和句子，反復練習，這樣就做得更加全面了。
雅思口語中期備考策略二：讓自己進入講英文的狀態(tài)
這是口試中期備考的重點，也是難點。由于許多考生平常過于關注讀和寫，造成聽說，特別是說的能力弱化甚至喪失。許多同學在參加完培訓之后，隔了一個很短的時間，就去應考了(如1個星期)?；A不錯的同學沒問題，可是基礎差的考生，由于平常很少有講英文的習慣，結(jié)果在考的時候磕磕巴巴，結(jié)果可想而知。因此，考前1-3個月的口語練習就顯得非常重要。那我們該怎么練習呢?

不知道為什么，雅思口語里提到well-paid job很多孩子會想到programmer，大概是進入到科技時代，他們就是可以用鍵盤改變世界的人吧!如此powerful的職業(yè)，必然報酬頗豐。不管實際情況如何，在考場確實可以選擇這個job聊，只要給出理由即可。其實，任何的工作都有著可以成為高薪工作的理由啊，例如教師，可以說“教育乃治國之本”，國家特別重視教育，所以老師的待遇賊高!醫(yī)生的待遇也很特別高啊，當然“醫(yī)生收紅包”那段就不要說了……
