首先，覺得雅思聽力速度快，最傳統(tǒng)也是最有效的解決方法就是多聽。除了反復(fù)練耳朵，別無捷徑。除此之外，建議平時大聲朗讀文章，并且保持一定的速度。聽和說是密切聯(lián)系的，因此，快速的朗讀在一定程度上是可以促進(jìn)聽力水平的提高的。需要注意的是，朗讀時要記得考察自己的讀音是否正確標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，否則適得其反。

其次，英語基礎(chǔ)的不牢固，對英語詞匯的辨識度不夠，所以要聽說結(jié)合，正確的發(fā)音。聽和說是息息相關(guān)的：聽力不好，口語可能就不太好;反之亦然。很多時候，因為我們的發(fā)音不好甚至不對，句子重音移位甚至錯位，導(dǎo)致我們對本來是正確的英語句子和單詞產(chǎn)生了“無法辨識”的錯覺，大腦根本無法處理這些信息，因為平時習(xí)慣了那些錯誤的聲音。就算能夠勉強(qiáng)調(diào)整過來，聽力材料都已經(jīng)過了一大半了。
