一、有恒
這個很好理解，就是要有恒心。任何學(xué)問的取得，都離不開這個道理。沒有恒心，想成就一番事業(yè)是不可能的。聽力練習(xí)，作為英語學(xué)習(xí)的一個非常重要的環(huán)節(jié)，其道理也是一樣的。
二、“有序”，是一種科學(xué)的方法。
它適用于任何學(xué)科。只要科學(xué)地評判自己的水平，然后有針對性地制定適合自己的訓(xùn)練方法(而不是人云亦云)，循序漸進，逐步攻克，并一步一步向前攀登。剛開始可以選擇較為簡單的材料，不要一下子就選擇高難度的材料，這樣不容易堅持下來。
三、有量
每次聽力訓(xùn)練，堅持在30分鐘以上。這主要是提供一次給耳朵和大腦接收有聲語言輸入的刺激過程，時間長度不夠，刺激不充分，效果就不好?？梢允?0分鐘重復(fù)不停地聽同一個內(nèi)容，也可以聽不同內(nèi)容，長度相當于30分鐘的材料，或者交錯進行。總之，每次要進行至少30分鐘以上的聽力語言的熏陶。
