每日背誦時(shí)間表
清晨起床不久后就可以開始背誦單詞,此時(shí)的記憶效果是一天中最好的,又可以避免前攝抑制效應(yīng)。以再要你命3000為例,這本材料一共分為31個(gè)list,每個(gè)list 分為 10個(gè)unit,每個(gè)unit建議花4-5min過完一遍,然后立即重新復(fù)習(xí)一遍;建議30-40min過完一個(gè)list,每過完一個(gè)list花10-20min復(fù)習(xí)一遍,能夠起到很好的記憶效果。
背新詞更要注意復(fù)習(xí)舊詞
