清晨起床不久后就可以開始背誦單詞，此時(shí)的記憶效果是一天中最好的，又可以避免前攝抑制效應(yīng)。以再要你命3000為例，這本材料一共分為31個(gè)list，每個(gè)list 分為 10個(gè)unit，每個(gè)unit建議花4-5min過完一遍，然后立即重新復(fù)習(xí)一遍;建議30-40min過完一個(gè)list，每過完一個(gè)list花10-20min復(fù)習(xí)一遍，能夠起到很好的記憶效果。
