often可以用作副詞
often的基本意思是“常常,經(jīng)?！?主要修飾動(dòng)詞,也可修飾其他副詞或形容詞,指某件事情在不同場(chǎng)合下屢次發(fā)生,具體的時(shí)間意味不強(qiáng)。有時(shí)often還表示“在許多場(chǎng)合下”?？捎糜谝话銜r(shí)態(tài),也可用于完成體。
often一般位于實(shí)義動(dòng)詞之前,而位于to be、情態(tài)動(dòng)詞或(第一個(gè))助動(dòng)詞之后。有時(shí)為了加強(qiáng)語(yǔ)氣, often也可以放在系動(dòng)詞之前,此時(shí)作謂語(yǔ)的系動(dòng)詞要重讀。
