二是深入開(kāi)展群眾性文化活動(dòng)。依托安塞民間文化資源，策劃舉辦“中國(guó)安塞黃土風(fēng)情文化藝術(shù)節(jié)”和新春系列文化活動(dòng)，經(jīng)常性組織開(kāi)展文化藝術(shù)下鄉(xiāng)演出活動(dòng)，定期舉辦《鼓鄉(xiāng)大舞臺(tái)》廣場(chǎng)文化活動(dòng)，城鄉(xiāng)群眾文化生活日趨活躍。
三是按照大項(xiàng)目引領(lǐng)，大園區(qū)承載的思路，建設(shè)黃土風(fēng)情文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)，加強(qiáng)與陜文投等文化企業(yè)的合作發(fā)展，依托延安的紅色旅游優(yōu)勢(shì)和安塞具有國(guó)際水準(zhǔn)的民間藝術(shù)品牌，將安塞縣打造成為延安紅色旅游的延伸地和陜北黃土風(fēng)情文化旅游的首選地。
四是加快推進(jìn)文化與旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展，大力發(fā)展黃土風(fēng)情文化旅游、觀光農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游，打造一批鄉(xiāng)村旅游名鎮(zhèn)名村，促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。

I love you, China, for I can feel the deep love you give me every day, every minute. Last year, I got an opportunity to visit the United States of America. During my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. While at , he looked at me and asked: “Little boy, how long have you been in America?” “About a month,” I answered, “How lucky you are!” he said, “If you were living in China, how could you learn such perfect English?” I smiled and told him proudly that all the students in China are able to learn English at school.
