請找出下面句子中的表語從句
1. The question is when he can arrive at the hotel.
分析：
先找句子里的謂語動詞，分別是is和arrive。Can不是動詞，是情態(tài)動詞，必須要和謂語動詞連用才可以。
一句話有且只有一個謂語動詞。這里有兩個動詞，因此不是簡單句，是復(fù)雜句，復(fù)雜句由一個主句和一個或多個從句組成，有時會有兩個或以上主句出現(xiàn)，但是必須要有and這樣的連詞才可以，這里沒有連詞，因此只能有一個主句，并且主句必須要出現(xiàn)。
如果句子里有一個動詞，這個動詞就是主句里的，如果有兩個動詞，一個一定仍然是主句的，另一個才是從句的。整個句子其實(shí)是The question is sth的結(jié)構(gòu)，只不過這里用when he can arrive at the hotel這個從句來代替sth這個表語，因此是表語從句。
Is是系動詞，根據(jù)“主系表”結(jié)構(gòu)，is前面的成分是主語，后面的成分是表語。
2. The book is not what I need.
分析：
先找句子里的謂語動詞，是is和need。一個謂語動詞在主句里，另一個在從句里。整個句子其實(shí)是The book is sth的結(jié)構(gòu)，只不過這里用what I need這個從句來代替sth這個表語，因此是表語從句。整個句子里有個not，不影響結(jié)構(gòu)，只是多了個否定的意思。
3. That is why she failed to pass the exam.
分析：
先找句子里的謂語動詞，是is和failed。一個謂語動詞在主句里，另一個在從句里，整個句子其實(shí)是That is sth的結(jié)構(gòu)，只不過用why she failed to pass the exam這個從句來代替sth這個表語，因此是表語從句。
4. The argument is whether it rains tomorrow.
分析：
先找句子里的謂語動詞，是is和rains。一個謂語動詞在主句里，另一個在從句里，整個句子其實(shí)是The argument is sth的結(jié)構(gòu)，只不過用whether it rains tomorrow這個從句來代替sth這個表語，因此是表語從句。
表語從句常用引導(dǎo)詞
that 在名詞性從句中只負(fù)責(zé)把從句引出來，不在從句里充當(dāng)成分，這點(diǎn)和在定語從句里的用法不同，定語從句中that充當(dāng)成分
what 一般不用于定語從句，用在名詞性從句里既引導(dǎo)從句，又在從句里充當(dāng)成分;
which 在名詞性從句里含有“哪一個”的意思，通常有一定的選擇范圍，而在定語從句里則沒有意思，只是引導(dǎo)句子和充當(dāng)句子成分;雅思真題里相關(guān)例句很少;
who 在從句里充當(dāng)成分，指人，不指物;雅思真題里相關(guān)例句很少;
how 表示“如何”，可以用來表示程度;
whether 表示“是否”，不管是主語從句，表語從句，賓語從句里都可以使用;
if 用法比較復(fù)雜，有多種限制，而且雅思真題里相關(guān)例句很少。
