教學(xué)目標(biāo)：
1.知識(shí)目標(biāo)
能掌握描述天氣的詞匯cloudy, rainy, snowy, sunny, windy。
能口頭運(yùn)用句型How’s the weather today ? It’s sunny.
2.能力目標(biāo)
通過學(xué)習(xí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生根據(jù)實(shí)際情況描述天氣的能力。
3.情感目標(biāo)
培養(yǎng)學(xué)生敢于開口說英語的積極性。
重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)：
使學(xué)生能聽、說、讀、寫和正確運(yùn)用詞匯cloudy, rainy, snowy, sunny, windy; 句子 :How`s the weather today ? It`s_____
使學(xué)生在真實(shí)的情境中靈活運(yùn)用句型How`s the weather today ? It`s_____ .
教具準(zhǔn)備：
磁帶，錄音機(jī)，單詞卡片
教學(xué)過程：
Ⅰ。Greetings.
--What day is it?
--It is Friday, April eleventh.
--What day is tomorrow?
--It is It’s Saturday,April twelfth.
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖：學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)問候用語和日期表達(dá)方法。)
Ⅱ。Review:
Show the students the pictures in the cards and ask the students to say the words one by one.
T: What’s this?
S:It’s rain.
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖：學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)snow，wind，rain，cloud，sun幾個(gè)名詞，引出cloudy，rainy，snowy，sunny，windy的學(xué)習(xí)，并為對(duì)比名詞和形容詞做準(zhǔn)備。)
Ⅲ。 New Concepts:
Step1:Show the pictures of the new words.
T:Look at the picture.The weather is rainy. It’s rainy.Say together!(板書rainy)
Ss:Rainy.
T:What’s the meaning of it?
S1:下雨的。(學(xué)生拼讀、練習(xí)讀單詞。)
教師用彩粉筆把y板書在rain后面，學(xué)生對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)它們的差別。
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖：學(xué)生通過比較，初步了解本課中的天氣詞匯與上一課學(xué)習(xí)的名詞的聯(lián)系。)
Step2.Teach windy，rainy，cloudy and sunny.
教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在wind，rain，cloud，sun的后面加上y，把它們變成形容詞，并讓學(xué)生試讀出單詞。
注意特別強(qiáng)調(diào)sunny的不同。
(設(shè)計(jì)意圖：加強(qiáng)新舊知識(shí)之間的聯(lián)系，讓學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)的規(guī)律，掌握學(xué)習(xí)的方法。)
Step3:Play games
1. “What’s missing?”(sunny/snowy/cloudy/rainy/windy.)
2.“Guess the words” 猜單詞游戲
( 教師扣起單詞卡片，學(xué)生猜。)
Step4:Show the students the pic tures of the weather and practice.
--Is it rainy? (Is it a rainy day?)
--No. It’s sunny. / Yes. It’s rainy.
(教師和學(xué)生示范，為對(duì)話練習(xí)做準(zhǔn)備，同時(shí)把課本上的第一部分充分練習(xí)。)
Step5:Practice in their groups.
Step6:Check up the dialogue.
Step7:Teach “How’s the weather today?”
T: How’s the weather? (出示一張?zhí)鞖鈭D片)
Ss: It’s rainy.
T: How’s the weather today?
Ss:It’s sunny.(學(xué)生根據(jù)當(dāng)天的天氣回答。)

Step8:Listen to the tape.Try to find the questions:

Step9:Answer the questions.

二、Warming up

教具準(zhǔn)備：
1. 評(píng)價(jià)方式： 做四個(gè)玩具卡片，將玩具卡片拆分來當(dāng)評(píng)價(jià)方式。每組都事先給他們一個(gè)玩具圖形，如果表現(xiàn)好的話，就在給她們獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)另外一個(gè)玩具評(píng)價(jià)卡片，如果表現(xiàn)不好，就在原有的評(píng)價(jià)卡片上拆掉一片，同樣導(dǎo)入，這是在break your toys。
2. 本文是重點(diǎn)新詞和重點(diǎn)句子都用卡片的形式做出來：cry、break、monster
3. 做Tom、Amy 及Ms smart的卡通頭像
